Creekside Elementary School opened its doors September 2006 to approximately
715 students.  This new school, which can house 800 students, is located at the
intersection of Shoulder's Hill Rd and Bennett's Creek Park Rd.  It is a single story
building with 32 general classrooms divided into three wings totaling about 98,000sf
of space built on over 23 acres of land.

The groundbreaking ceremony for this school took place over the summer of 2005. 
Blueridge stayed on schedule to make sure the doors were open September 5, 2006.

With Superintendent Jim Wiley and Project Manager Chris McKinnon at the helm,
this project stayed on track and was another successful job for
Blueridge General, Inc.
